  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)

  • 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • For the Filling:

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tablespoons milk (to adjust consistency)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  • Stir in sugar, eggs, and melted butter. Gradually add flour and salt to form a soft dough.
  • Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
  • Roll out dough into a 16×12-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over surface, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Roll up tightly from the long side and cut into 12 even slices.
  • Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20–25 minutes or until golden.
  • While baking, beat glaze ingredients until smooth.
  • Spread glaze over warm rolls and serve fresh.
