  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ¾ cup chopped onion

  • ¾ cup diced celery

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 3 cups peeled, diced potatoes

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Directions

  • In a large pot, brown ground beef. Drain and set aside.
